We invite you to consider membership in the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX), a unique professional organization that provides networking, collaboration and educational opportunities for advisors, consultants, educators and researchers focused on preparing business owners for the successful exit of their businesses. Our goal is to build a strong, active consortium of experienced specialists working independently and collectively to help business owners build and successfully exit their businesses.
Who should join?
Qualified individuals and firms that provide specialized management, business development and exit planning expertise. Professional disciplines include lawyers, CPAs, investment bankers, wealth management advisors, small business and commercial bankers, VCs, executive coaches and marketing and management consultants as well as former business owners who now advise fellow business owners on exit planning.

XPX offers its members unparalleled opportunities to expand their professional networks and further develop their skills and business acumen. Monthly meetings alternate between morning and late afternoon, feature noted business speakers and provide ample time for networking.
As a result, members can enhance their client relationships through an expanded skill set and access to a highly skilled and proven network of relevant specialists in complementary fields, all focused on the ultimate goal of helping business owners plan for a successful sale or transfer of business ownership.

How to join XPX
For members to realize the significant benefits of association with their peers, it is critical to maintain a high standard of membership. As a result, membership is not automatic. Prospective members must be sponsored by two XPX members and submit a membership application which is carefully reviewed by the membership committee for relevant expertise and anticipated contribution of the candidate to XPX. A detailed list of criteria is provided to all prospective members.
XPX is a collaborative organization that relies on its members to drive its growth and development. Members are expected to actively participate in at least one of the following ways:
- Active participation on an XPX committee
- Speaking at one meeting or recruiting a relevant speaker
- Sponsorship at either Gold or Platinum levels
- Attending a minimum of half the regular monthly events
- Recruitment of at least one new member each calendar year.
There are two types of membership, Individual or Corporate. The Corporate membership allows up to three individuals from a single firm to join for a reduced price however each candidate completes the membership process.
